March 2021 update: Alex Harm!sean parker
We’ve proudly supported Alex Harm on his journey to becoming a professional golfer since 2017, and we love seeing how much he’s progressed throughout the years! Even with a pandemic putting a stop to tournaments, it hasn’t stopped Alex from practising daily and getting those hole-in-ones!
Alex Harm has been mixing golf practice with home workouts to improve his physical and mental health, and has even began a 6-week training programme with Super Speed Golf to increase his club head speed. With this programme, Alex is also hoping to improve the power behind each golf swing, and fine tune his overall form!
So, what else has Alex been up to? Well, he’s used the last year of on/off lockdowns to perfect his putting stroke, by using templates and mirrors on his indoor putting mat. Practice makes perfect, and it’s safe to say Alex has been practicing a lot!
When Alex isn’t practising his golf swing, he’s spending his time doing intense home workouts – including HIIT, running, boxing and yoga! To help improve his general strength and conditioning, Alex is currently going through a bulking and cutting process – helping his overall physique!
