In August of this year, we announced that we were going to be supporting up and coming golfer Alex Harm in some of the competitions that he will be entering in the near future. One of the most prestigious competitions Alex had the opportunity of taking part in was the Junior European Open, with the competition being held at the world renowned Alcaidesa links golf resort in Spain, and entails participants playing over the course of five days. This competition involves more than 120 boys and more than 20 girls from all over Europe competing to win the JEO trophy and be the Junior European Champion, which can open a few doors for young players in their future competitive golf careers.
With the competition in its 25th year, Alex was desperate to earn a place in this historic competition, which has featured professional golfers Justin rose, Danny Willett and Luke Donald all taking part in the contest in the past. We can now officially confirm that Alex HAS earned a place in this competition and will be jetting off to Spain in November to take part at this historic event AND can be seen by everyone around the world with the event being shown on Sky Sports throughout the 5 days of the competition.
From all of us here at TateOil, we would like to say Good Luck to Alex for the Junior European Open!
