Our industry is competitive, so being able to use your own initiative to create business leads and going above and beyond to make sure your customers’ needs are met is a fundamental part of the role.
The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, have a positive attitude and a drive to succeed! Great customer service is key, as well as maximising sales opportunities and the ability to generate your own business. You will receive a full induction and training for the role – so no experience necessary!
What will I be doing?
- Generating new business leads
- Building your own customer database
- Answering inbound calls and dealing with customers queries
- Pricing customers’ orders
- Making outbound calls
