Running a Half Marathon for Martin House Hospice

On Sunday the 10th of September 2017, one of our National Accounts Managers, Carl Timmins, enjoyed running a half marathon at The Great North Run, the biggest half marathon in the UK,  in aid of Martin House Hospice.

After collecting donations since, Carl was able to raise a staggering £708 for Martin House Hospice and Finished the half marathon with an average pace of 08:57 mile a minute and completed the marathon in a brilliant time of 1 hour, 57 minutes and 16 seconds.

57,000 determined and dedicated runners made the Great North Run. The run is famous for its amazing, warm North East welcome, with an unbeatable atmosphere and the millions raised for good causes like Martin House Hospice by running a half marathon.

Fantastic work Carl and congratulations on raising so much money!
